The perfect, Most-Requested Blueberry Banana Bread

This unique recipe produces 1 9x5 inch loaf of delicious blueberry banana bread. It could serve ten hungry mouths and may satisfy everyone's tastebuds. What makes this recipe special and far out from other recipes? It's how the ingredients are mixed up. And the end results?-Sweet, moist and soft banana bread that's packed with the goodness as well as significant nutrient amounts of blueberries and bananas. It's fluffier compared to the standard banana breads and it's more nourishing. All of us are aware that blueberries are extremely rich in important nutrients and antioxidants. Their dark blue hues indicate an exceptionally good concentration of anthocyanins. Ingredients:

1/2 cup fresh blueberries, 1 5/8 cups all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup quick cooking oats, 1/2 cup chopped pecans, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup shortening, 1 cup white sugar, 2 eggs, 1 cup mashed bananas,

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C). Prepare a 9x5 inch loaf pan by spreading it with oil or cooking spray, and coating it all round using flour.

In a medium bowl, coat blueberries with two tablespoons of flour. Pitch and gently blend them jointly with oats, nuts, 1 1/2 cups flour, soda, and salt.

Inside a big container, stir shortening properly. Slowly add sugar, stirring following each addition until smooth and fluffy. Beat in eggs one by one, adding one egg at a time and beat meticulously after every addition. Add mashed banana. Stir in blueberry mixture to creamed mixture. Mix with a spatula just until well-blended, moist, and without any huge lumps. Transfer batter into greased loaf pan.

Cook for 50 to 55 minutes. Assess completeness through sticking a wooden toothpick in the center of the bread. The toothpick need to come out clean. Allow the newly baked blueberry banana bread to cool inside loaf pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan, and let it cool further on a wire rack prior to slicing. Slice and then serve!
