How to Make Belgian Waffles

Ingredients:

2 cups cake flour, two teaspoons baking powder, four massive eggs, teaspoon vanilla extract, teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons white sugar, 2 cups milk, four tablespoons melted unsalted butter, Non-stick cooking spray,

Directions

1. Pre-heat your waffle iron in accordance with your user's guideline that comes with the waffle iron. 2. Prepare two medium-sized bowls. On the first mixing bowl, blend together flour, salt, and baking powder. Whisk together eggs yolks and sugar on the other bowl. Make sure to whip eggs and sugar till all sugar particles are dissolved or you may use an electric mixer if you desire. 3. Stir in vanilla extract, milk, and melted butter to the eggs; combine completely. Pour this mixture in to the first container and combine just enough for the ingredients to blend uniformly with each other. 4. Prepare a different bowl and whip in eggs whites using an electric mixer till foamy and bubbly. Gradually pour the eggs whites into the waffle mixture and mix working with a rubber spatula. Be sure that you just do not overmix the egg whites in to the batter. 5. Coat preheated waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray and pour just the sufficient quantity of batter. Shut waffle iron and bake till golden brown or for 3-4 minutes. 6. You can put whip cream or ice cream on top, or whichever toppings you like. 7. Serve and enjoy the Belgian experience!
